We are in a secluded area, in the heart of Barrington Passage. The Barrington Bay Trail connects through our property to join the boardwalk and Island View Park. Coffee and ice cream shops, restaurants, spas, pharmacies and groceries are all just steps away.

The 1040sq’ (96.6 square meter) apartment is all yours and you access it through the central hallway. You have two parking spaces beside the building and can walk to many local restaurants, shops, etc.
