Overview

The Back to the Sea Centre is a miniature marine interpretive centre located on the Dartmouth Waterfront.

We welcome you to come see the ocean at eye level and learn about our local intertidal marine animals through a hands-on approach! Our collect-hold-and-release philosophy means that all our animals are released back to the sea at the end of the season.

Group bookings (birthday parties, school and club visits, corporate tours) are available year-round.
