OutFest 2026 – South Shore Bus to Halifax

South Shore residents, grab your tickets to OutFest 2026 – the largest Queer Theatre Festival in Mi’kma’ki and Atlantic Canada, with local, regional and national artists performing at venues across Halifax!

In partnership with Lunenburg Pride and St. Margarets Bay Pride, OutFest is launching their first Bus Trip, made possible with support from the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion fund.

Tickets include round trip transportation to Halifax on Sunday, April 19 and one ticket to the award-winning Main Stage performance, « F*cking Trans Women, » by Zoe Comeau.

There are two pick up locations along the South Shore with the first stop in Lunenburg and the second in Tantallon. Folks will also have extra time to explore the city, take in other shows, attend the Makers Market, and more!

• Pick up in Lunenburg:
  • Pick-up Time: between 10:00 am – 10:30 am
  • Meeting Location: Lunenburg Community Centre (15 Green St, Lunenburg)
  • Return to Lunenburg: 8:00 am – 8:30 pm
• Pick up in Tantallon:
  • Pick-up Time: between 11:30 am – 12:00 pm
  • Meeting Location: Tantallon Public Library (3646 Hammonds Plains Rd, Upper Tantallon)
  • Return to Tantallon: 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm
