When you walk into Fresh Food Matters open concept kitchen, you are greeted with sights and smells that envelop all your senses. We are a fast casual restaurant with approximately 8-12 seats to either have a coffee and healthy dessert or a quick lunch. Our menu changes daily and we specialize in ready-made meals-to-go, including favourites such as hummus, picnic salads, paninis, sandwiches and smoothies along with having a coffee and a retail section.

We also offer catering for events throughout our community.

Located at the Antigonish Mall, we are a wheelchair accessible and mobility friendly location with lots of parking and a transit just outside our door.
