Windsor Garlic Fest

Held annually each September, the Windsor Garlic Fest is celebrating its 12th anniversary of this wonderfully fragrant and popular festival. Downtown Windsor will once again host the Garlic Festival Street Fair which is open to everyone and free to attend. The Garlic Fest is a cornerstone of our region’s fall events.

This year’s Garlic Fest is taking place on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 11am to 5pm in downtown Windsor with all the same events and activities that has made it so popular, including:

• the juried art fair
• garlic and ginger product vendor area
• live music all day
• garlic and ginger cooking demonstrations
• garlic and ginger lectures
• contests – including the popular garlic eating contest at 4 pm
• wonderful food vendors
• wine/ale/spirits vendors
• local restaurants will have garlic based menus
• garlic and ginger ice cream
