Offering 8 styles on tap along with seasonal brews, Hill Top Hops is a small brew house locally owned and operated in the Brooklyn, Hants County area. We are located beside the Tidal Bore Farm Market, near Windsor.
We use all Nova Scotia grown hops in our brews including from our own hop yard, Hill Top Hops. Our brewhouse has a rustic feel. It is known for its uniquely named great tasting beer and for their friendly, friends like family atmosphere. On-site consumption, growler exchange and fills as well as mix and match 345 ml bottles to go are also available.
