Welcome to Seacliff. This one-of-a-kind gem is an oceanfront paradise and Halifax’s only completely private Airbnb – no sharing, no neighbours, no compromises.

This executive home spans a little over 3,000 square feet. The main house, which took three years to build, is ingeniously built into a hillside, positioning you well above sea level and offering privacy along with breathtaking ocean views.

This is the only Airbnb vacation rental in Halifax where you’ll enjoy an entire home with total privacy featuring a private pool, hot tub, backyard oasis, boathouse, and wharf – no sharing, no compromises.

Main Features:

• Open Concept Living Area: The family room, kitchen, and dining nook flow seamlessly onto the front deck, featuring a sunken 10×20 heated pool (open April 1 until October 30)
• Gourmet Kitchen: Quartz surfaces, built-in appliances, a gas cooktop, and a center island with a breakfast bar make this kitchen a chef’s dream.
• Guest Suite: A spacious guest suite includes a sitting room, full bath, and a private balcony.
• Office and Flex Level: This level includes an office with a full bath, a wet bar with complimentary beverages featuring a full suite of popular favourites such as a Keurig, soda stream, Ninja Thirsti and iced cappuccinos. Guests have access to a desktop computer and printer/photocopier as well as FedEX shipping supplies for all your business needs.
• Upper Suite: Opens to the harbour and features a private side deck with a hot tub. The 4-piece ensuite includes double sinks and a separate tiled rainfall shower room with floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a luxurious, nature-filled spa experience while maintaining complete privacy.

Outdoor Amenities onsite include

• Boathouse and Dock: Equipped with ample seating, perfect for watching stunning sunsets. Enjoy sunbathing in hammocks suspended directly over the ocean.
• Private Backyard Oasis: Features outdoor dining and a lookout with super comfortable suspended egg chairs, allowing you to swing the night away while taking in unobstructed panoramic ocean views.

Sunbathing options include:

• Relax in the Lookout loungers at the back of the property.
• Dip and tan at the pool.
• Chill in the pillow-filled hammocks at the boathouse.

Please Note: Parties are not permitted at this property. We also do not allow corporate gatherings, weddings, bachelor parties, birthday parties, movie shoots, or any similar events. The maximum occupancy is 5 guests at all times unless pre-approved by the host.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire property, except for the master bedroom closet, which will be used for storing personal items during rentals. Please note the following exclusions:

• Boats: The boats are not included in the rental due to insurance and liability reasons. Requests to use the boats will not be accommodated.
• Garage: The garage will not be available during the reservation. It will be accessed from the exterior for winter maintenance of the driveway.

• Please note that parties, entertaining or social gatherings are not permitted at this property. We also do not allow corporate gatherings, movie shoots or anything similar. Maximum occupancy is 5 guests.
• When requesting to book, please confirm your intended use of the property. We are very strict on the no party policy and guests who do not respect this policy will have their reservation terminated without refund.
• The watercrafts are not included, however they can be rented on the Halifax waterfront.
• The property is monitored by a private security company to prevent violations of our no party policy.
