Discover Annapolis Valley landscapes, flavours and stories on an unforgettable regenerative journey hosted by award-winning, master storyteller and host, Celes Davar. Your journey will begin in a newly designated Wabanaki conservation forest, to encounter and take part in some unique experiences amongst ancient white pines and giant hemlocks. Taste award-winning wines and uncover B-Corp Certified, Benjamin Bridge Vineyards commitment to regenerative viticulture and the role that biodiversity plays in world-class wine making. Travel to Longspell Point Farm, overlooking the Bay of Fundy, and meet organic farmers Jeff and Paula McMahon where you will be in the hands of a remarkable storytelling farmer and harvest your own greens to take home. As your host weaves together this unique story, connecting people and places, you’ll be finally guided to an exclusive, chef-led dinner featuring ingredients from the day’s adventure, set in a hidden Gaspereau Valley Speakeasy.

Experience Cost: $325 + tax per person, for four to six participants. $295 + tax per person for groups of seven to 12 participants.

Good to Know:

  • This experience must be booked with a minimum of four participants and can be booked for groups of up to 12 participants.
  • This experience is approximately 6.5 hours in length and runs from 12:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • Experience runs rain or shine. Please wear weather appropriate clothing and footwear. Comfortable closed-toed shoes are recommended. Heels are not recommended.
  • This experience takes place at Longspell Point Farm, Benjamin Bridge Vineyards, Ksu’skue’katik (meaning « Place of the Hemlocks ») conserved woodland, and an indoor dinner location which will be provided to you at time of booking.
  • Dinner is expertly crafted by Chef Ayzhia of Basin & Bloom Cookery.
  • Please share any food allergies or sensitivities at time of booking.
  • Each outdoor location involves walking over some uneven ground and short hills.

  • Please expect a response about your registration request within 24 hours, to your email address in the registration form, to confirm the date you have selected and if space is available for that date. Once confirmed that space is available for the date you have selected, payment can be made by either credit card (VISA, MC) or e-transfer. Payment details will be provided in the confirmation email. Please note, there is NO refund for this event, because this experience involves multiple partners and locations whose logistics, staff, and confirmed availability for dates have been arranged in advance. In case of inability to attend, please contact Earth Rhythms and they will work with you to reschedule to a future date.
