Golden Hour Fall Escape

Escape to Wallace River Ranch for a one-night Geodesic dome getaway. Arrive to local handcrafted chocolates and a selection of warm beverages to enjoy throughout your stay. Then, get to know the animals during a 45-minute golden hour experience led by family member and knowledgeable ranch hand Eva. Meet ponies, goats, sheep, fowl, a Highland cow, and a miniature donkey as you help feed, brush, and care for the unique personalities on-site. Golden hour provides the perfect lighting for snapping photos with your new furry and feathered friends before ending the evening with a relaxing soak in your private hot tub under the stars.

Good to Know:

• Your golden hour ranch experience takes place at 6:00 pm.
• It’s recommended that you bring an outfit and shoes that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty during your golden hour ranch experience.
• All domes (with the exception of the Eagle dome) at Wallace River Ranch have been recently upgraded to have front-facing glass windows for an improved view of the natural beauty on-site.
• Eagle Dome is located closest to the river and offers beautiful views of flowing water from the comfort of your bed.
• Domes feature one king-sized bed on the main level and two cozy twin beds on a mezzanine level, accommodating up to four people per dome.
• Domes are designed with fully equipped kitchens as well as outdoor BBQs and a picnic table. Guests are welcome to bring groceries for cooking.
• For colder months of the year, it’s recommended to bring weather appropriate clothing and slippers or warm socks for inside.
