Changes, Cancellations & Weather Because our courses, tours and rentals have a limited number of spots available, we have to turn people away once our bookings are full. Due to this, we cannot refund or reschedule within 48hrs for day tours and rentals, 30 days for courses & special events (eg. night tours), and 60 days for multidays unless a suitable replacement is found. If a replacement is found, or for cancellations further in advance, a full refund less a 20% administration fee will be issued. Our cancellation policy must apply even in the event of a medical problem or family circumstance. We will do everything possible to fill your vacant spot for you. In the case of a Force Majeure, such as but not limited to acts of terrorism, war, pandemics, labour disputes, government actions, strikes, or major adverse weather conditions, all terms and conditions may be subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or alter any clinics or trips due to weather or insufficient registration. In these cases, full refunds will be issued and we will do our best to reschedule.
