Led by Chef John Higgins—who has cooked at Buckingham Palace and mentored top culinary talent—master advanced techniques for fish and shellfish while creating 16 restaurant-quality dishes. A rare opportunity for serious home cooks and professionals to refine their skills in an immersive, hands-on setting.

Dates: This three day, hands-on culinary masterclass runs from 10 am – 3 pm, daily from May 4-6, 2026.
Price: $750.00 per person + HST. $600 per person + HST with Early Bird pricing until early May. Don’t miss out!
