On Friday and Saturday nights starting May 22, 2026 and running until September 26, 2026, the outdoor kitchen at the Long Table Social Club is entirely powered by wood fire during their Cooking with Fire: Waterfront Sunset & Dinner events.

Located in Canning in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley, join us at the Long Table Social Club where we dine together at long tables and bring you the best local produce available from producers and suppliers in our region. We work with the best fresh local meat, seafood, and produce available to deliver a very special dining-by-fire experience. Our Cooking with Fire menu celebrates how fire infuses dishes with smoky flavors, creating a primal connection to ancient culinary traditions. Enjoy the sights, sounds, smells and tastes of wood fired cooking that also features live music and dancing.

Price: $128 per person + HST and gratuity
