Want to learn how to cook seafood? This 3-day, hands-on course on the Bay of Fundy is designed for beginner home cooks and food lovers alike—no experience needed.
Guided step-by-step by expert chefs, you’ll prepare and taste 16 dishes using premium Nova Scotia ingredients, from oyster Bienville and citrus-cured ceviche to tuna crudo, seared scallops with brown butter and lemon, and classic lobster with drawn butter. Along the way, you’ll build confidence in essential techniques like filleting, curing, and cooking shellfish. With just 20 participants, this small-group experience blends coastal travel with practical skills you’ll use long after you leave.
