Overview
Experience the Bay of Fundy by horseback and ride in the footsteps of Canada’s oldest dinosaurs!
Experience Highlights:
- Start your adventure with a trip to the Fundy Geological Museum before heading to nearby Wasson Bluff for a one-of-a-kind horseback tour.
- Ride along the ocean floor and scenic Bay of Fundy coastline in the Cliffs of Fundy UNESCO Global Geopark with friendly guides from Spirit Reins Ranch.
- Arrive to an active fossil dig and sieve for dinosaur bones and unique minerals guided by an expert from Fundy Geological Museum.
- Enjoy local light refreshments on the breezy ocean floor before riding in the footsteps of Canada’s oldest dinosaurs!

How to Book: Please book online. If the date you wish to book is already full online, please email fundygeo@novascotia.ca to be put on a waitlist or see if any available spots are left with another group’s booking.
Price:
- Single Rider – $465 + tax
- Group of Two – $750 + tax
- Group of Three – $1035 + tax
- Group of Four – $1320 + tax
Good to Know:
- Please advise of any allergies upon booking.
- This experience is not suitable for children under 10.
- Experiences are limited to four riders per booking.
- All guests will be given an introductory orientation to safe horse care and handling.
- Safety and liability waivers must be signed by all guests before tours begin.
- This experience is approximately 3 hours in length.
- Recommended for Intermediate to Advanced riders (rate yourself using the guidelines below).
- Novice/Beginner: Has ridden a horse 0-5 times, 0-3 riding lessons
- Intermediate: Has ridden a horse consistently for over a year, more than 4 lessons
- Advanced: Has ridden more than 3 years consistently, has obtained rider levels through Provincial Equestrian Federation
