Stay at Maverick’s

Set on a quiet stretch of Nova Scotia’s Eastern Shore near Martinique Beach, Stay at Maverick’s is a bright, thoughtfully designed one bedroom, ocean view suite (~600 sq ft) located above a detached garage. The space features a full kitchen, cozy living area with sofa bed, modern bathroom, and large windows that bring in natural light and sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Guests can unwind in the wood-fired sauna with a glass front overlooking the ocean, relax on the private deck, and enjoy easy access to nearby beaches, trails, and surf. The experience is designed for those who love the outdoors — whether it’s surfing, hiking, paddling, or simply slowing down and taking in the coastal landscape. Wellness is woven in, with plans for a cold plunge and additional nature-based amenities.

Over the coming months, we’ll be expanding the property with a dome tent for elevated glamping stays, alongside the gradual build-out of a small coastal farmstead featuring bees and lavender – bringing a simple, grounded connection to the land and sea.
