  • Tours run from 10:30am to 4:30pm everyday (Wednesday to Sunday only from November to April)

  • More than 7 days before the tour date, we will issue a Full Refund minus $10 for administration fees. Past the 7 days, there is absolutely No Refund. After this date, your tour is paid for, your seat is blocked off and we will not be able to re-book new guests to fill your seat on short notice.
