Knoydart dairy is a Grass Fed farm in Knoydart Nova Scotia, running along the Sunrise Trail. We purchase milk from the farm and process it into pasturized whole milk, cream and Cheddar Cheese, with recipes based on Double Gloucester and Caerphilly.

The Knoydart Cheddar (Double Gloucester) comes in plain and aged, as well as a variety of flavours including garlic, chili, caraway, smoked, and chives, to name a few. Dunmaglass (Caerphilly) the Farmhouse Cheddar fresh curds are always available.

Cheese can be purchased year-round at the Knoydart Farm Cheese House, and various products can be found at select Sobeys locations in the Maritimes, select independent delis in the Maritimes and at the farmers’ market in Antigonish.
