Upper Clements Cottages & RV Park offers a peaceful setting in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley. Enjoy your vacation overlooking the scenic Annapolis River and North Mountain from one of our 7 two-bedroom cottages or park your RV in our scenic, pet friendly RV campground with spacious lots.
Each of our 7 cottages has two bedrooms and a pull-out sofa and can accommodation up to 6 people. The cottages have heat pumps offering air conditioning in the summer months and heat through the cooler months. Each cottage has a front veranda with a propane BBQ and a firepit nearby. Some cottages are pet friendly – please let us know if you will have a furry family member travelling with you.
We have 34 RV sites on our property – 5 overnight sites and 29 seasonal sites (including one available monthly) – perfect for those RV owners who are looking for an alternative to large, crowded RV parks. Whether it’s a leisurely stroll through the centuries in Annapolis Royal, hiking the numerous trails in the area or an exciting day of whale watching, the fun doesn’t end when you come home to your cottage or RV. How about a barbecue while the kids explore the playground? Feed the bunnies and the goats or enjoy a swim in the heated outdoor pool or relaxing in the nordic circuit. End your day around your cozy campfire, roasting marshmallows!

Accommodation and Campground options include:
- 2 three-service overnight RV sites (water, sewer & 15/30/50 amp) with picnic table and fire pits
- 3 two-service overnight RV sites (water & 15/30/50 amp) – 28′ x 44′ with picnic table and fire pits
- One monthly three-service site (water, sewer & 15/30/50 amp) – 40′ x 60′ with picnic table and fire pit
- 28 seasonal, fully serviced lots – 40′ x 60′ with 30 amp and 40′ x 80′ with 50 amp
- 7 fully furnished and equipped cottages; one is fully wheelchair accessible
