Producing whisky, rums, vodkas, gins, aquavit, other spirits, and bitters, the distillery’s crown jewel is their Gin Royal – awarded the Best Contemporary Gin in Canada in 2020 (among other awards) – this stunning royal blue-coloured gin is made in collaboration with the Nova Scotia Beekeeper’s Association (NSBA). Gin Royal contains local honey, and a portion of proceeds are donated to the NSBA to assist in their efforts to promote bee health and sustainable beekeeping in Nova Scotia.
