Welcome to the Cogswell House, a bright, airy and luxurious home located just a stone’s throw from the downtown core in the trendy north-central neighbourhood of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Perfect for wedding groups, family reunions bachelor/bachelorette parties, or large friend groups, Cogswell House offers guests four floors with 10 beds across eight bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, large private courtyard, barbecue, custom kitchen and dedicated office space. This home has been meticulously renovated to welcome guests from around the world.

The living room features a 100″ projector screen that comes down from the ceiling right above the propane fireplace. There is a workstation/office area near the back door with chargers, power outlets, a printer and all the office supplies needed. The large private courtyard offers an outdoor dining area, a weather-protected barbecue and enough space for washer toss (provided). In the basement, you will find a bar with wall mounted TV complete with Netflix and sports programming as well as a pool table and three of the vacation home’s bedrooms. The dining room table can seat 16-18 people making it perfect for hosting large dinners or events. Three bedrooms are located on the second level of the home with the final two bedrooms being located on the top floor.

Guests will be able to access the entire home and outdoor space. The only area guests cannot access is the garage as we currently use it as storage for our other property renovations.
