Overview

The Stay at Planters Ridge features tasteful modern touches, including a spa-like bath, and beautiful characteristics from the original farmhouse, dating back to 1864. Arrive to award-winning Rousseau Chocolatier truffles and a bottle of Planters Ridge wine to welcome you. Visit the wine shop for a guided tasting experience, explore nearby Wolfville and Port Williams, or relax in your thoughtfully appointed suite overlooking the grounds and vineyard. Start each morning with a locally-inspired breakfast including cheese, meat, bread, farm-fresh eggs, and seasonal fruits grown in the Annapolis Valley.

Package Dates: The Valley Vineyard Getaway for two is available daily from September 21, 2026 through March 29, 2027. Subject to availability.

Package Price:

  • $540 + tax for two people for stays between September 21 through December 30, 2026.
  • $470 + tax for two people for stays between January 2 through March 29, 2027.

How to Book: Select ‚online booking‘ to view availability and choose your stay dates. Select your preferred room and and in the final booking confirmation window, you can select the ‚Valley Vineyard Getaway‘ to book your getaway package.

Good to Know:

  • Planters Ridge Winery fall and winter hours:
    • Until November 1st: open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday through Thursday, and 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday (Happy Hour from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
    • November 1st through December 30th: open from 11:00 a.m. Saturday through Thursday, and 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday (Happy Hour from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
    • January 1st through April 30th: open on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday (Happy Hour from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.)
  • The Stay at Planters Ridge check in is at 3:00 pm and checkout is at 11:00 am.

  • Please note: the winery is open to adults only and does not allow pets. Each guestroom at The Stay is limited to a maximum of two guests. To cancel a reservation call 902-542-2711 or email Stay@plantersridge.ca. All reservation cancellations will result in a 10% administration fee. For cancellations made between eight (8) and thirty (30) days prior to your anticipated arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee of the reservation's total value will apply unless The Stay at Planters Ridge is able to re-book the room. If your cancellation is made within seven (7) days of arrival, a 100% cancellation fee of the reservation's total value will apply, unless The Stay at Planters Ridge is able to re-book the room. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for the cost of all original room nights reserved.
