Going Coastal Fine Art & Furnishings
Open year-round
Spyglass Seastead is a four-bedroom, circa-1890 farmhouse in Chester Basin, on Nova Scotia’s South Shore, that sleeps 8, steps from famed Oak Island. Its owners call it a seastead: sea air on one side, a little farm life on the other, with daily visits from the local chickens.
Full of period character, it suits families and groups who want an easygoing rural stay by the sea.
Pets are welcome.
Casa Scotia, a Halifax-based vacation rental company, looks after the home year-round.
