Overview

The Pictou County History Museum, formerly known as the Carmichael-Stewart House Museum, is a Victorian-style house (c 1880), formerly owned by the Carmichael family who were prominent shipbuilders in New Glasgow. The museum includes a general collection of Pictou County artifacts such as old Trenton glassware, China, and photographs.

Historical garden on site. The museum is wheelchair accessible.
