Tidal Bay Lobster Dinners

Lightfoot & Wolfville Vineyards invites you to join them for Chef Chris Pyne’s Tidal Bay Lobster Dinners. This special culinary series celebrates one of Nova Scotia’s most beloved culinary traditions. Crafted by Executive Chef Chris Pyne, each five-course dinner showcases locally sourced lobster alongside the seasonal ingredients and coastal flavours that define our region.
What to Expect:
- Lobster Spreads – Fresh baked biscuits served with a sweet trio of spreads
- Loaded Lobster Beignet – Baked potato dauphine, baked potato skin-infused cremè fraîche, shaved smoked sturgeon, fresh chive
- Chef Chris‘ Chowder – Lobster knuckle & claw, potato velouté, mirepoix, grapefruit chutney, toasted buckwheat, dill
- Poached Lobster Tail – Coastal kelp marinated, poached & glazed, served with seasonal vegetables
- Nova Scotia Wild Blueberry Cobbler – Vanilla ice cream, tawny port reduction
2026 Dates: Lobster dinners take place from 6 pm – 8 pm, hosted in the Marquee Tent.

Price: $147.50 + tax. Includes a welcome beverage, a five-course lobster dinner with two beverage pairings (non-alcoholic options available), and gratuity.
