The Shubenacadie river has some of the highest tides in the world, and some of the best mud banks for mud sliding! Experience the pure childlike joy of the smooth (and faster than you’d think) slippery mud as you slide into the warm river waters. Not to mention those spa-like benefits of the mineral rich Shubie mud. Skip the wait lines this summer and come sliding with us!

Dates: June 1 – Sept 27, 2022
Point of embarkation will be Fundy Interpretive Centre, Truro. This tour is approximately 4 hours.. Times available are dictated by the tide times. 

Cost: $64.00 per person. Every tour provides transportation and an energetic local guide.  Private and larger group tours available upon request.

Cancelation: Tours must be paid in full upon booking. You must cancel before the 72 hour mark to receive a full refund. This tour will proceed rain or shine. We require minimum 4 people to run a tour. If we have not booked the minimum number of people 48 hours before it’s scheduled to depart, the tour will be canceled and money refunded. 

Good to know: We provide a pop up change tent and rinse station for final clean up after sliding.
