Experience the simplicity and tranquility of travelling by canoe at Kejimkujik. Climb aboard our Voyageur Canoe for a tour with two skilled Parks Canada guides.
Slow down to the rhythm of Kejimkujik as you dip your paddle into the still waters of the Mersey River and get the inside scoop on this fascinating place!
During this big canoe guided adventure, you will paddle and explore Kejimkujik Lake taking in the colourful spectacle as the sun sets. Parks Canada guides will see to all your provisions and lead you to a secluded island location where you will settle in and light a campfire. Along with your fellow voyageurs, you will then prepare and cook a wilderness dish over the fire. To complement each stage of this tasty adventure, samples of local craft brews from Lazy Bear Brewing will be served. As the stars come out, savour a delicious dessert that will fuel your paddle back through the heart of the Kejimkujik Dark Sky Preserve, where thousands of stars will lead your way across the dark and warm waters of Kejimkujik Lake.
