Discover the extraordinary flavours of Chef Nelson Penner, who uses his organic farm to bring you local, in-season ingredients. He loves to spend his Sundays foraging the Annapolis Valley. Every weekend Chef Penner brings to life a new six-course tasting menu using the best of local ingredients.
Each menu has been thoughtfully paired with either a domestic or international wine.
Beginning November 4th, 2022, our dining series will take place twice per month on both Friday and Saturday nights. Please see Tattingstone Inn’s website for specific dates and menu creation.

Dinner & Wine Pairings: $298.00 per couple plus taxes. An automatic 17% gratuity will be added to your stay.
