Ride, Relax, Recharge

Enjoy a horseback ride along a gentle tidal river then rest your body, reset your mind, and recharge your spirit while overlooking the Bay of Fundy tides at Ravens Rest Retreat. Our space is meant for roaming – enjoy wandering the grounds, spend time with the companion animals onsite including alpacas, highlander cattle, bees, chickens, and guinea fowl. Lounge in your hammock overlooking the the Bay of Fundy and in the evening, get cozy around a campfire. There is something about the fresh salty air that feels boundless at Ravens Rest Retreat. 

About the cabins: Each cabin features a kitchenette with dishes, utensils, and cooking supplies. Keep beverages and produce cold in your small bar fridge. Potable water is stocked for your arrival (more than you need for your stay). Beside every cabin is a covered barbeque with a side burner for cooking beyond the toaster. Enjoy the elements and just be.

Package includes:

• A two-night stay in one of our cabins, nestled in a meadow on a cliff overlooking Burntcoat Head Park, home to the highest recorded tides in the world.
• One 90-minute horse trail ride along the scenic tidal Kennetcook River, no experience is necessary, horses are quiet and well-trained for all types of riders. Guests are responsible for their own transportation to Evangeline Trail Rides, just a 35 min drive. Details provided upon booking.

Dates: Available September 1, 2023 – April 30, 2024, 7 days a week. Advanced booking required and based on availability. 

Seasonal package rate for two: Starting at: $548 + HST. Please note, each cabin can accommodate up to four people, ask us about pricing for a group of three or four. 

How to book: Please reach out to us directly at 902-305-6488 for custom dates, availability, and to book your two-night package!

Check-in: Between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is 11:00 AM. When you arrive, please stop at our house. One of us will meet you there and show you to your cabin.

• 2-night minimum for the cabins (included in the price)
• No riders under 9 years old

Cancellation Policy:

• 100% refund with one week notice
• 50% refund with more than 48 hours notice 
• No refund less than 48 hours notice
