• *Optional* Reconnect on a guided or self-guided trail walk or snowshoe (depending on the season) and forest bathing session led by your host and certified outdoor guide, Shawna, of As the River Bends Retreat. Self-guided forest bathing insights are provided in your welcome basket and snowshoes are available when there’s enough snow on the ground. Please confirm your choice with As the River Bends Retreat before or during your arrival.

Good to Know:

• We recommend you bring sturdy footwear like hiking boots or winter boots (no high heels) and clothing that is suitable for the forecasted weather/season, for the guided or self-guided hike or snowshoeing and forest bathing session as we will be walking in the forest.
• Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is at 11 am.
• The Cedar dome is barrier-free and located closest to the driveway and fire-pit areas.
• There is Wi-Fi however cellphone coverage is limited. The retreat is truly a place where you can disconnect to reconnect!
• As the River Bends Retreat is not pet friendly.

Conditions & Cancellation: If your reservation is cancelled 14-days or more prior to your arrival date you will be eligible for a full refund. If your reservation is cancelled less than 14 days, but more than three days prior to arrival, an admin fee of 25% of the total booking will be charged. Cancellations less than 3-days prior to check-in date are not eligible for refund and the total amount of the stay will be charged.
