Overview

Discover the beautiful LaHave Islands on a refreshing sea-kayak tour as you paddle through calm, protected inlets and past white-sand island beaches. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as seals and osprey! After your paddle, head back to Cape LaHave Adventures for a relaxing and cozy private sauna session on the coast!

Dates: Offered daily May 1 through October 31

Price: Choose a full or half-day guided kayak tour with private sauna access for two-hours, and for up to eight guests!
*Package prices include a private, two-hour sauna session in Cape LaHave Adventures new on-site sauna.

  • Full-day sea-kayak tour & sauna session starting at: $199 + tax per person, minimum four people per booking ($796 + tax for four adults)
  • Half-day sea-kayak tour & sauna session starting at: $149 + tax per person, minimum of four people per booking ($596 + tax for four adults)
    • Available start times at 9:30 am and 1:30 pm + two-hour sauna session upon return to Cape LaHave Adventures

Good to Know: 

  • Take NS-332 W for a free ride on one of the last remaining cable-ferries in Nova Scotia! It’s the fastest way to get to Cape LaHave Adventures from Lunenburg and offers scenic views of the LaHave River!
  • We recommend bringing along a water bottle, comfortable non-cotton clothing (quick drying), sun protection: Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, long-sleeve clothing, a windbreaker or splash jacket, and sturdy footwear that can get wet (e.g. sports sandal, croc style clogs, running shoes, neoprene booties). For the sauna, please bring a bathing suit, towel to sit on, robe (optional) and slip-on sandals.
  • Towel rentals available for the on-site sauna.
