Fundy in the Fall Trail Ride

Enjoy the crisp fall air on an afternoon ride through coastal forest trails. Take in the fall colours as you make your way by horseback to an open, ocean-side field on the edge of Bay of Fundy.

• Enjoy a 1 to 1.5 hour trail ride through wooded and coastal trails in the Acadian Forest.
• Experience the beauty of Nova Scotia’s fall season, where the changing colours of the trees create a breathtaking backdrop along the trail and the rugged Bay of Fundy coastline.
• Leave the stresses of daily life behind and immerse yourself in the peaceful serenity of nature with a horse companion.
• Hear about the region’s ecosystem, and plant and animal life from expert guides. Sarah and Lance have a deep connection to the land and waters surrounding Wild Mountain Adventures, with their backgrounds rooted in wildlife and conservation biology.

Dates: August 31 through October 31, 2025.  Bookings may be available up to mid-November if weather conditions allow

Price: $85 + HST per person.

Good to Know:

• Please arrive 30-minutes prior to your trail ride start time (12 pm). Come through the big gate and you will see a “Park Here” sign on the right side of the driveway before the hill.
• The ride is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, plan to be on property for 2 hours total (approximately 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm).
• Wear closed toed shoes with a heel (i.e. hiking boots, riding boots) and long pants (avoid slippery materials). Dress in layers as coastal temperatures can be cooler than in-land.
• Helmets are provided for all riders.
• Minimum rider age: 10 years old.

Conditions & Cancellations: Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations on all pre-booked trail rides. If weather leads to a cancellation on our part, your ride will be reimbursed. Charges may be applied for guests who do not adhere to the cancellation policy (50%) *All prices are subject to 15% HST provincial sales tax. All riders must sign a waiver prior to their trail ride.
