Experience Mi’kmaw Culture in St Ann’s

Experience the stories and oral history of the Mi’kmaq people through enactments and cultural presentations.

Partake in authentic Mi’kmaq activities on our private beach, steps away from your room at St. Ann’s Motel. This culturally-rich experience includes a traditional basket weaving demonstration, making four cents bread over an open fire with a Mi’kmaq Heritage Interpreter, and a smudging ceremony. You will become one with nature and hear stories of the Mi’kmaq culture that have been passed down for centuries.
