Explore the wild, natural beauty of Isle Madame and connect with the culture and flavours of this Acadian region during your one-night stay at The Clairestone Inn. Take a self-guided tour of our island off an island where you’ll discover rugged coastlines, working wharves, beautiful beaches and friendly locals. Watch fishing boats return with their catch, walk the wharf and chat with local fishers before returning to The Clairestone Inn for a relaxing evening of Acadian inspired cuisine.

A one-night stay in a bright, modern guest room (king or queen)

A candlelit dinner for two including your choice of a bottle of red or white Nova Scotia wine and a 3-course dinner inspired by the traditional flavours of Isle Madame. Savour salt cod fishcakes with mustard pickles appetizer followed by either a fresh steamed local lobster (1.5 to 1.75 lbs, based on availability) with a side salad and homemade roll or a delicious Acadian Meat Pie and a Nova Scotia themed blueberry dessert served in our private dining room.

Start the day with our freshly made breakfast in our dining room or delivered hot to your room. Choose from classic favourites like our famous French Toast with NS maple syrup and bacon & eggs.

Enjoy a self-guided tour of Isle Madame led by a detailed map including suggestions to visit local favourites, including fishing wharves, lighthouses, local architecture and our favourite views for photos!
Dates available: May 23, 2022 – September 28, 2022, for stays Monday through Wednesday nights only.
Price: $299 per couple (based on double occupancy), plus taxes. Stay an extra night for $129.00 plus taxes.

Three-Course Dinner is available Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday evening only.

Cancellations must be received via email at least 48 hours prior to arrival date check-in time to avoid a penalty. Cancellations received within 48 hours of check-in time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee (plus applicable taxes). No shows (those who have not cancelled and have not checked-in by 8pm, unless other arrangements have been made) will be charged for the full amount of all reserved nights plus applicable taxes to the credit card submitted for booking.
