Willow Retreat is an off-grid retreat with a camping cabin and woodland campsites. The camping cabin sleeps two in twin beds, and you have access to a washroom with hot shower a short walk away. Campsites are unserviced, with a firepit and outhouse. Well-behaved dogs are welcome.
We generate all our own electricity from solar and micro-hydro sources.
We are conveniently located for touring the Cabot Trail and Bras D’Or Lakes. Nestled against the Middle River Wilderness Area, the property offers a variety of hiking trails, from a gentle stroll down the lane to a challenging hike up the mountain. Meditate beside a waterfall, explore the organic gardens, or just lie back in the hammock and listen to the birdsong.
