The Village Manse Vacation House is a circa 1902 Victorian home that served as the Presbyterian Manse in Baddeck for many years, thus the affectionate recognition from any villager when you say you are staying at The Manse. Our vacation house is located in the village of Baddeck on Cape Breton Island and offers views of the Bras d’Or Lakes from our large deck.
Baddeck is home to Baddeck Bay, friendly villagers, charming shops, world-class golf, and is just a short distance off the legendary Cabot Trail, one of the world’s most famous scenic drives. We are conveniently located close to a variety of restaurants and cafés, the boardwalk, yacht club, tennis court, and sailing tours of the Bras d’Or Lakes as well as area attractions such as the Alexander Graham Bell National Historic Site and the Bell Bay Golf Course.
Our accommodations include a 3-bedroom house with twin, queen- and king-sized beds and a sofa bed, two 4-piece baths, cable television and DVD player. Guest amenities include private off-street parking, Internet access, a large deck, dining and living rooms with a harbour view.
