Welcome to The Garden Bee Bed & Breakfast. Located in Centre Rawdon, Hants County, Nova Scotia, we offer a unique experience in Bed and Breakfast accommodations through an atmosphere of quiet country living. Bordered by a brook, our property offers many areas for contemplative meditation. Our 3-bedroom bungalow is typical of mid-70s construction. Our rooms each provide a vista of our ever growing gardens. We want to provide you with a very comfortable, country experience and a good feeling that will last beyond your leaving and carry you on your journey.
While we are not homesteaders, our practices are earth friendly and we make the most of what we have to offer. Our philosophy is to reduce, reuse, recycle and spread the word to encourage more people to get back to basics. We craft Beeswax Candles in our home studio for sale globally. We freeze, preserve and dry a variety of herbs, fruits and vegetables for personal consumption as well as making some available for sale to our guests.
Our B&B makes a great place to base day trips from when exploring mainland Nova Scotia. Our location is only 35 minutes from the Halifax Stanfield International Airport. Halifax, Kentville and Truro are all only 50-60 minutes away. Lots of shopping, historical sites and fun places to visit only minutes from us.
