Stephen’s Bed and Breakfast is quietly nestled among the trees in North River Bridge on Cape Breton Island. Located near the famous Cabot Trail, a spectacular drive around the northern part of the island, we are a beautifully restored country home that offers magnificent views of the North River.
Relax on our veranda and watch the eagles soar above you or take a walk along the river, where you can enjoy trout and salmon fishing. The town of Baddeck is only a 20-minute drive away, and here you can visit the Alexander Graham Bell Museum, take a boat tour, rent a kayak, or go for a hike on one of the many trails offered.
Our accommodations include two rooms with either a queen bed or king bed that converts to two twins, and a shared 4-piece bath. A full breakfast is served from 7:30 until 9:30 a.m. Guest amenities include a television in the living room with movies available. Outdoor activities include fishing, kayaking, and hiking trails nearby.
