Shag Harbour is also the home of the UFO Museum, and Chapel Hill Museum boasts an observation tower where you can see outlying islands and lighthouses. Visit the wharf and see the colourful array of fishing boats. Uncrowded sandy beaches can be found on Cape Sable Island or at the Shand Hills Provincial Park. Travel to the loyalist town of Shelburne and embrace the rich history and charm that has captured the hearts of many. Discover the town of Yarmouth in all its splendour. Whether you just want to enjoy the waterfront park or take a tour of the town, you will experience the salty romance of a working seaport.
Our accommodations include two rooms with double beds, with one ensuite and one private 4-piece bath. Relax and enjoy a good book or watch a little television in the large living and dining area with a stone fireplace and beautiful ocean view. A full country-style breakfast is served between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. Take a stroll in the gardens or the nearby sandy beaches and enjoy the invigorating sea air. There is a cat on the premises, so no pets, please. Cash and Traveller’s Cheques only are accepted.
