Surrounded by trees and open to the Atlantic, Seeblick Cottage is situated in Pleasant Point along the Lighthouse Route on the scenic South Shore region of Nova Scotia.
We are a five minute drive away from the quaint little fishing Town of Lockeport and the famous Crescent Beach, made of soft white sand. Follow the Lockeport Loop, where many small studios are situated within the picturesque communities found along the shoreline, and many of the artists and artisans are pleased to give individual tours and unique insights. Once a bustling cosmopolitan trade hub, with a number of trading companies sending ships laden with salt cod and lumber to the West Indies to exchange for commodities in demand throughout the Maritimes, Lockeport is now made up of quiet fishing communities.
Our accommodations include a two-bedroom cottage with twin and double beds and a 4-piece bath. Our cottage is fully equipped for housekeeping. We are equipped with satellite television and a DVD player so you may enjoy a movie in front of the warm glow of the fireplace. If you would prefer a winter holiday, our cottage is fully winterized and very cozy. There is also a gas barbecue on the deck if you would like a juicy steak while the moon shines over the Atlantic. Patio doors go out to a large deck where you can relax and watch the birds on the water or listen to the seals calling as they relax in the sun on the ledges.
