This property is a great place to unwind and enjoy nature! Designed with active couples in mind, you’ll have full access to the lake, including use of a canoe (with all safety equipment), at no additional charge! Our aim is to deliver a private camping experience, without sacrificing the comforts of home. As an added bonus, there’s nothing to setup or tear down! Simply show up with your food and drink, and let us take care of the rest.
The dome itself is well situated for stargazing, located within North America’s first certified Starlight Tourist Destination (issued by UNESCO and backed by the Starlight Foundation), and only a short drive from the Deep Sky Eye Observatory!
The nearest conveniences are located roughly 30 minutes away, in the village of Tusket, where you’ll find gas, groceries, an NSLC outlet, and more. Tusket is also home to Tusket Falls Brewing Co., and Wild Roots restaurant. If you’re looking to take a stroll, check out the Tusket Falls Walking Trail, which follows the old railroad bed. We’d also recommend the AllTrails app for other nearby suggestions.
The town of Yarmouth will take you an additional 10 minutes, but this is the urban center of the area, where you will find restaurants, shopping, etc.
