Ocean Paradise is located on a 3 acre lot surrounded by farmland and overlooking the ocean, making it extremely private located near the town of Pugwash on the Pugwash Point Road.
The house is approx. 2300 square ft. open concept with large windows in every room and 5 patio doors facing the water to appreciate the beautiful views from all angles. The large deck runs the entire length of the house over looking the ocean. Each bedroom has it’s own full bathroom. The kitchen has kitchen nook plus bar stools and the large dining room sits 8 people. Two large living rooms and a tv room finish out this extremely private and peaceful home with the lawn running right down to the ocean.
Enjoy the wide open ocean view, breathtaking sunsets and beautiful wide open space in every direction you look. Have a bonfire in the fire pit on the lawn and listen to the waves coming in or sit on the deck and watch the lobster boats going out. Watch the most spectacular sunsets going down over the water.
There is a beautiful deck built right on the beach where the view is spectacular and this is a private deck accessible from the house only. The gulf shore picnic park and beach is the best for swimming and is less than a 5 minute drive where you can walk on the beach as far as you can see.
Explore the beach directly in front of the house for starfish, sea glass and sand dollars at low tide. It does have rocks next to the shore so is not suitable for toddlers but the beach at the picnic park beach just down the road is excellent for little ones. There are many different beaches to choose from here!
If you enjoy fishing then in August there is no end to the Mackerel in the ocean in front of the house. You can bring your own poles and fish off the local wharf located only 2 miles away or go out on a local fishing boat where they provide everything you need to have a great day fishing.
The village of Pugwash is located only 1 mile away, Northumberland Links 18 hole golf course is only a 5 minute drive and the Fox Harbour Resort and Spa only 10 minutes away.
