Located in the designated Preservation Area – the heart of Peggy’s Cove – your oceanside retreat is within walking distance of the famous Peggy’s Cove Lighthouse and numerous gift shops.

Take Highway 333 from Halifax to Peggy’s Cove (43.5 kilometres/45 minutes).
Camelot by the Sea, a beautiful, newly refurbished sea-facing house with wonderful views across St. Margaret’s Bay, is an economical getaway for a couple or a small family.
This cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is in a quiet location on a seaside street just a 40-kilometre drive from the city centre of Halifax. It offers the perfect base from which to explore the St. Margaret’s Bay area with its walking, cycling, and beachcombing opportunities. The new front and rear ocean-facing decks and private lawn area offer a nice space for an evening BBQ, and access to the ocean is just steps away. Follow up your BBQ with a peaceful walk around the local area, or enjoy kayaking from your private waterfront (kayaks are included with your rental). A firepit is also available.
This property has a large, bright, ocean-facing kitchen, fully equipped, and an outdoor barbecue. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed and the common area (ocean-facing) features a queen-size pull-out for additional sleeping space (sleeps 6). All bedding provided is of the highest quality. On-site laundry facilities make this a convenient base during your Nova Scotia vacation.
Take Highway 103 from Halifax to Exit 5 and continue down Highway 333 to Seabright (40 kilometres/40 minutes).
From Peggy’s Point Retreat and Camelot by the Sea, it’s a scenic 40-to-50-minute drive to downtown Halifax, or less than an hour and a half to the historic town of Lunenburg, with the option of visiting Chester and Mahone Bay along the way.
