Overview

Millbrook Cottage, a luxury home built in 2006, is located along the Cabot Trail in the beautiful resort town of Ingonish. Just two minutes from the Cape Breton Highlands National Park, this house offers quick access to beaches, tennis courts, hiking trails, sea kayaking, whale tours, and the Highland Links golf course.

This comfortable home includes a large master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom on the top floor. The main floor has a great room with an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen. The family room has a pull-out double sofa that can accommodate two (2) extra guests. Downstairs are two (2) bedrooms with queen beds, a full bathroom, and another open kitchen/living room/dining room. A covered veranda surrounds two sides of the house, and a large front deck offers outdoor sitting in all weather. Private and quiet, it offers unlimited opportunity to view sea birds and nature watch. Satellite television and wireless Internet are included.

The house is just minutes from Cape Smokey ski hill, and just 60 minutes from Bell Bay golf course. A variety of beaches, lakes, and rivers offer sunbathing, swimming, boating, and fishing. There are many fine restaurants for dining, from family-style to the elegant splendor of the Keltic Lodge. Whale watching opportunities are just 10 minutes away.

The weekly rate (6 nights) includes up to four (4) people. Add an additional $75 for each additional person.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. It is fully refundable (less $75) if cancelling 45 days prior to arrival. Non-refundable is cancelling less than 45 days prior to arrival. Final payment is required 21 days prior to arrival.
