Marquis of Dufferin Seaside Inn is an ocean side motel situated in the fishing village of Port Dufferin along the Eastern Shore. It shares spacious grounds with a historic house (c1859) and offers often breathtaking views of Beaver Harbour and the islands.
Our well-appointed rooms include 9 guest units (Double, Queen, Twin) each with a 4 piece bath, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, radio, coffee-makers with coffee, hot chocolate and selection of tea. A breakfast box containing fruit, yogurt and homemade muffins is provided. All units feature a walkout oceanfront balcony within feet of the ocean.
From your room or chair on the balcony, you can expect to see eagles, seals, herons, ducks, and shore birds. Sip your morning coffee while watching the local fishermen hauling their traps. At the end of the day enjoy an often spectacular sunset followed by a night sky with its millions of stars; quiet, peaceful and relaxing.
