These newly built in 2022 cottages are within walking distance to Martinique Beach – Nova Scotia’s longest sandy beach. Martinique Beach is also known as Nova Scotia’s best surfing beach. These cottages feature a fresh beach vibe and lots of wood tones. Pair your stay with some surfing lessons or rentals from Halifax Surf School and experience the “Halifornia” ocean vibe!
Welcome to the Low Tide Cottage located just 800 meters from Martinique Beach! This newly constructed cottage is 650 square feet with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Featuring a cozy heat pump, air conditioning, full kitchen, wi-fi and a cute patio out front to enjoy the outdoors. There is another rental house on the property, please see the aerial photos. Also located on the front of the property is a well-kept surf shop. There is good privacy.
The space
“Low Tide” was built in 2022. Out front of the cottage is a cute patio with sitting chairs and a covered porch to enjoy the grassy front lawn area . The house has 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom with an open concept living room and kitchen ares. The couch is a pull-out. The limit of guests is 2 adults or 2 adults with 1 accompanying child (3 total people maximum).
As previously mentioned, there is a second rental home on the property and an operational surf shop on the front of the property. There is a good buffer between the surf shop and the cottages out back. Please see the aerial photo to understand the configuration of the lot.
This is a space meant for quiet people! Absolutely no parties or loud guests. Silence is expected by 10:00 PM.
