A memorable experience awaits you and your fellow travellers at this historic 1830s farmhouse located halfway between Digby and Annapolis Royal.
This structure was an original farmstead of the Jefferson family, one of area’s original founding families. Renovations have been completed to make your stay comfortable and you will be able to enjoy many original features of this farmhouse.
Where else can you step back in time while still enjoying all the comforts of a fully furnished home including two full bathrooms, four bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen?
Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch and pick fresh blueberries (in season) just steps from the farmhouse. Up the path is a spectacular giant 1950s cattle barn conversion and a working vineyard, containing special cold hardy wine grapes that are suited for the climate of Nova Scotia and can be tasted in many of the province’s award-winning wines.
Free tours of the barn and vineyard are available.
