If you are looking for adventure, spend the day tidal bore rafting on the Shubenacadie River. For hikers, walkers, and cyclists, the Cobequid Trail is a network or multi-use trails which takes you through Acadian dykelands, forests, along brooks and beside the tidal Salmon River. We are just an hour away from historic downtown Halifax, and Peggy’s Cove and its world-famous lighthouse is just a 90-minute drive away.
Our scent-free accommodation includes three rooms with single, double or queen-sized beds (one with a private deck), as well as one ensuite 3-piece bathroom with shower and one shared 4-piece bathroom. A full breakfast is provided at 8 a.m. and we also serve an evening tea. Guest amenities include cable television, a fireplace in the lounge, and a garage for motorcycles and bicycles.
