Harbourside Cottages are located in the beautiful rural setting of Little Harbour in the Northumberland Shore region. Our cottages are fully equipped and offer a harbour view; bring your canoe or kayak! We offer activities for the entire family including an outdoor heated swimming pool, a children’s playground, and a wharf for small boats (boats not provided).
Harbourside is just 10 minutes from New Glasgow where you can stroll along New Glasgow’s Riverfront to shop and dine, or enjoy one of the town’s summer festivals and entertainment at Glasgow Square. Melmerby Beach Provincial Park is just 5 minutes away. Visit the Town of Pictou, “Birthplace of New Scotland”, as it was here that the first wave of Scottish immigrants landed in 1773. Explore the Hector Heritage Quay and board the full-sized Ship Hector replica.
Our accommodations include 1 three-bedroom two-storey deluxe vacation home; and 5 two-bedroom winterized housekeeping cottages (double). All of our cottages include a 4-piece bath; cable television; DVD player and movies; fully-equipped kitchen; barbecue and picnic table; veranda with lawn chairs and a harbour view. Cribs and high chairs are available. We are a non-smoking property. Visa is accepted.
