Fisherman Crossing Bed ‘n’ Breakfast is nestled in the friendly fishing community of Lakevale in the beautiful Northumberland Shore region of Nova Scotia. We are en route to Cape Breton and Newfoundland on the Sunrise Trail.
Our modern, gracefully-decorated home on a waterfront property leads to St. George’s Bay, ringed by coastal cliffs up to 330 metres high. The tip of the cape is marked by a tall red-and-white lighthouse, a beacon for mariners since 1861.
Take advantage of the many features of the area. We boast beaches with the warmest water in the bay, hiking, golf, St. Francis Xavier University, live theatre, shopping, and fine dining. Jig a mackerel, enjoy dockside eating or canoe and kayak through wildlife habitat and capture the natural beauty on film.
Our accommodations include one 3-bedroom family unit (twin, queen- and king-sized beds) and a private 4-piece bath. A full breakfast is served. Satellite television is available in the private sitting room. Guests are invited to lounge on the deck, overlooking the tranquil and serene waterfront. A pool, bikes, a kayak, barbecue, picnic area and fire pit are available for guest use.
