Emily’s Oceanside Cottages are located on the scenic Sunrise Trail in the Northumberland Shore region of Nova Scotia. You can watch the sunrise from the front deck and the sunset from the back deck while listening to the waves lapping at the shore. Wander at your leisure on our 22 acres, including over 700 feet of oceanfront, which we share with the occasional deer and bald eagle. Pick wild strawberries (in season) while walking the shoreline and try to spot one of the many colonies of seals chasing schools of fish offshore. Enjoy kayaking, taking a swim in the warmest salt waters north of the Carolinas or visit nearby Jost Winery, famous for their ice wine. Go on a fossil hunt, for a horseback ride, or try your hand at one of the local golf courses. Come discover our own little paradise by the ocean and experience classic Maritime charm.
Our accommodations include six 1 -and 2-bedroom deluxe cottages (King, Queen, Double, Twin, or pull-out beds) with 4-piece bath (one with double Whirlpool). Relax and enjoy our satellite television, VCR, DVD player and wireless Internet. Sit in front of our electric fireplace with a good book or make use of our full kitchen and barbecue on the deck. Laundry services are available. Swimming and lawn games are available on site.
